School Policies and Culture

The standards that guide life at MMIS

Homework Expectations

We make sure school hours are used well, giving every student the extra support they need to build academic skills through focused practice, illustrations, and worksheets. Outside school hours, the only task we set for our pre-primary, primary, and middle school students is reading — an activity best enjoyed individually. We’ve also introduced a “No Bags” policy for pre-primary and primary classes, since most learning at this stage happens through hands-on exploration of the environment, illustrated themes, and games.

Parental Guardian Participation

MM International School holds regular Parent-Teacher meetings that build trust between parents and teachers, helping both sides understand what a child needs to grow and develop. Parents are kept informed of school events and their child’s progress throughout the year.

Remedial Classes

Our Remedial Classes support slower learners and help them gradually catch up to the pace of the rest of the class. These sessions are flexible around time and space, removing the usual barriers so every student gets the instruction they need.
