What families should know about fees, payments, and refunds
Types of Fees
Admission Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee charged at the time of admission.
Annual Fee: Payable every June, this covers the upcoming academic year.
Transportation Fee: An optional fee for families who use our bus service, subject to periodic review.
Late Payment
A fine of ₹100 per month applies to fees paid after the 15th of the month. Exam admit cards, report cards, and Transfer Certificates may be withheld until outstanding fees are cleared. Families are sent a reminder roughly three weeks before payment is due.
Refunds and Withdrawals
Fees are not refundable. Parents planning to withdraw a child are requested to give one month’s advance notice. Admission fees, in particular, are non-refundable under all circumstances.
